Information we process

We process your verified telephone number, account and device-security records, the profile information you choose to add, your sharing settings and limited service activity needed for security and reliability.

Private by default

Your login telephone number is private unless you separately choose to publish it. Public card fields and contact buttons appear only according to your visibility choices.

How information is used

Information is used to verify and recover your account, operate your cards, authorize devices, prevent abuse, provide support and improve service reliability. We do not treat telephone verification as proof of a person’s legal identity.

Service providers

We use carefully selected providers, including communications and hosting services, to deliver verification codes and operate CommonRoom Card. They process information only for those service functions and under their applicable safeguards.

Your choices

You can control which profile fields are public, revoke signed-in devices and request correction or deletion of account information, subject to security, legal and fraud-prevention requirements.

Retention and security

We retain information only as needed to operate and protect the service or meet legal obligations. We use access controls, protected credentials and device-specific sessions, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
